The LMC Signature Class of 2026: Legacy 35 came together on April 29th for a meaningful Closing Retreat filled with reflection, connection, and celebration.

The morning featured class project presentations in collaboration with the LEAD Institute: Leadership Medina County: A Strategic Review to Shape the Next Chapter. This project was created in honor of LMC’s 35th year, the project explored a critical question—what will it take to ensure Leadership Medina County remains impactful, relevant, and sustainable for the future? The insights shared uncovered valuable opportunities to help guide LMC forward.

The afternoon was spent together from reflecting on where they began to envisioning what lies ahead, the day highlighted the strength of the relationships built and the impact of the journey shared.

As one classmate, Angela, shared:
“LMC became a safe environment to just be me and meet some amazing people… if we stick together, we can continue to do great things for our community.”

More than a milestone, this moment marks a transition honoring 35 years of leadership while looking ahead to a future shaped by engaged, inspired leaders. Excited to see what’s ahead for both LMC and the Legacy 35 class.
