Discover Yourself: TTI Success Insights® Assessments

Great leadership starts with self-awareness. LMC now offers research-based, validated assessments from TTI Success Insights, used by organizations around the world to develop leaders and strengthen teams. Each participant receives a personal report and a debrief so the results turn into practical action. Five assessment tools are available:

  1. Behaviors (DISC): how you act and communicate
  2. 12 Driving Forces (Motivations): why you do what you do, and what motivates and engages you
  3. Acumen (ACI): what you think, make decisions and see the world around you
  4. DNA Competencies (Skills/Capabilities): which 25 personal skills (thinking, working, and relating)
  5. Emotional Quotient (EQ): how well you recognize and manage emotions in yourself and others

Assessments can be combined, including the TriMetrix® HD, which brings Behaviors, Driving Forces, Acumen and Competencies together in one integrated report.

Team Reports: The Behaviors (DISC) and Driving Forces assessments also include a team report. It brings together the results of everyone on the team so you can see how the group communicates and what motivates it. The report also shows where the team's strengths overlap and where its gaps or tensions may be. It's a practical tool for improving collaboration and how the team works together. For a view of the whole organization, LMC also offers:

  • 8 Factors of Engagement: measures what keeps employees engaged and committed across your workplace
  • OD and 360° Surveys: custom organizational development surveys and multi-rater feedback, showing how leaders and teams are experienced by the people around them
