Building & Managing a Budget for Public Officials

This workshop will guide the participants through the basics of funds accounting, common budgeting definitions, and discussions on the pros and cons of the different methods of budget building. Participants will also learn the steps of building a government budget, workshop budgets in class, and present their results.
