Knowing Your Humanist Neighbor
The Medina Diversity Project in partnership with the Medina County District Library is sponsoring “Knowing Your Humanist Neighbor,” on Thursday, April 13 th at 6:30 pm at the Highland Library, 4160 Ridge Road. Learn what it means to be a Humanist. John P. Hooper, Ph.D. will speak about the basic beliefs and common misconceptions of Humanism in this educational program. Dr. Hooper, a retired scientist and research director who resides in Pittsburgh, is on the Board of Directors of the American Humanist Association.
