“SafeZone Training”
On Wednesday, September 7th from 1:00 – 4:00 PM, the Medina Diversity
Project is partnering with the Medina County District Library to present a
“SafeZone Training” program by LGBTQ+ Lorain County at Medina Library.
This is an opportunity to learn about LGBTQ+ identities, gender and
orientation, and examine prejudice, assumptions and privilege. This
workshop provides a better awareness and understanding of the LGBTQ+
community and how to be an effective ally.
