Leadership Medina County’s Executive Director Jennifer Bilek ’20 and Director of Leadership Development Terri Greene ’12 joined alum Roger Wright ’07 on WCTV to discuss how the organization is shaping leaders across generations.
From the Signature Program to Junior Leadership and the LEAD Institute, they dove into how experiential learning, strong community partnerships, and a 35-year legacy are preparing individuals to lead with purpose and impact.
