   “Leadership Medina County Introduces 30 ^th Signature Class”

{ September 15, 2020, Medina County } Leadership Medina County is set to embark on what’s certainly the most unusual year in our community leadership program’s long history. Leadership Medina County has chosen its latest class of future community champions, bringing in 28 participants for a hybrid of in-person and virtual training and networking.

The class kicked off with a one day opening retreat at The Blair Conference Center, where they got to know each other in new, socially distant team building exercises.

This year’s class includes participants from the region’s corporate, nonprofit and government sectors, such as Westfield Insurance and Bank, RPM International, Huntington Bank, Philpott Solutions Group, Montville Police Department, and Seville Guilford Fire Department.

“We are inspired by the employers and employees who have a desire to become community stewards. This is a testament that the need for strong leadership does not stop.” said Colleen Rice, Executive Director.

The Class of 2021 is the 30th for Leadership Medina County’s Signature program, which has graduated over 1,000 participants.
