Leadership Medina County Announces Interim Executive Director

MEDINA, OH —  Leadership Medina County (LMC) is pleased to announce the appointment of our new Interim Executive Director, Jennifer Bilek. Jennifer is a graduate of the Signature Class of 2020, the “In Focus Class”. She has diverse experience in leadership, management, HR, and business operations and holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Malone University. Jennifer has recently served on LMC’s board of directors, chairs the community education committee, serves on class planning and class selection committees, and volunteers at many LMC events and programs.

Jennifer brings a deep commitment to our organization. Karen Gaub, President of the Board of Directors – Leadership Medina County shares, “We are confident she will bring her expertise in organizational management to further the mission of LMC: developing community leadership by providing people with the information and tools they need to become involved and effective in the Medina County community.
