This year, a record number of students applied to Junior Leadership Medina County. They didn’t do it because they were necessarily philanthropically motivated. Get ready to meet the characters in Shelley Pearsall’s novel, The 7th Most Important Thing as you never expected! We will discuss the 2018 One Book One Community selection through a leader’s eyes! Warning: This is not your Grandma’s book club!

Wednesday, July 25th 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM Sérénité Restaurant

We will begin with interactive round table discussions focused on the different community services available to residents in Medina County who are experiencing the same challenges as the characters in Shelley Pearsall’s novel. Experts from around the County will be on hand to talk about how they help Medina County residents and answer any questions. Then, if you are up to the challenge, you can participate in an activity that the Junior Leadership will be doing this year with the same book (no hints –don’t even ask)! Afterwards, stay and enjoy time at Medina’s signature French restaurant, Sérénité!

This event is free. Any donations are appreciated and used for the Junior Leadership class.
