Signature Class of 2015, The Bridge Builders Class

In May, Vicky Nann '15 graduated with a PhD in Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University. Her dissertation discussed how successor daughters in family businesses experienced their agency during the succession process.

Signature Class of 2020, The In Focus Class

Kelly Smith '20 recently transitioned into the role of Board President for Leadership Medina County. She previously served on the board as Vice President for 2 years and currently serves on the Executive Committee, Finance Committee, Community Investment Committee, Strategic Planning Committee, Alumni Reunion Committee, Business and Industry Day Committee.  We are thrilled to have Kelly continue her impact for Leadership Medina County!

Signature Class of 2024, The Total Eclipse Class

Kim Miller '24 has been appointed the role of Vice President of Leadership Medina County.  She currently serves as the Recruitment and Selection Committee Chair, along with serving on the Executive Committee and Finance Committee.  We are delighted to have Kim's guidance for Leadership Medina County! 

Signature Class of 2025, The Class That Clicked, and LEAD of 2024

We are excited to announce that Piper Morgan '25 & LEAD '24 has been appointed to the Leadership Medina County Board of Directors!

Piper Morgan has been with Medina Metropolitan Housing Authority since 2017, where she serves as the Program Director for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program. She is responsible for overseeing 704 households per month who receive Federal assistance. Piper’s responsibilities for the Authority include program compliance, quality control, and landlord outreach and advocacy.



Piper graduated from Slippery Rock University with a bachelor’s degree of Science in Special Education and Community Services. She is a graduate of Leadership Medina’s LEAD institute 2024 and Signature 2025. She is also a Certified Voucher Specialist. She has presented many topics related to affordable housing at multiple Ohio Housing Authority Conferences(OHAC)

Piper is a lifelong Medina resident and shares three adult children with her husband Terry. She has two dogs, enjoys cooking, reading, playing bingo with her friends and is an avid sports fan.

LEAD Institute Class of 2026 

We are excited to announce the appointment of Kimberly Padilla LEAD '26 to the Leadership Medina County Board of Directors!



Kimberly Padilla is the owner and principal of Bellwether Strategies, a Medina-based consulting firm she founded in 2007 that has helped more than 35 organizations build sustainable fundraising programs and deepen donor relationships. Over nearly two decades she has led high-performing teams, designed major-donor and grassroots giving strategies, and developed training curricula on finance planning, donor stewardship, and event execution. A committed community leader, Kimberly serves as a Service Unit Director and Troop Leader with the Girl Scouts of Northeast Ohio, and previously as PTO President at Buckeye Junior High School.

LEAD Institute Class of 2021

We are thrilled to announce Danielle Razavi LEAD '21 to the Leadership Medina County Board of Directors!

Danielle Razavi began nursing career in 2013. She has a diverse clinical background with experience in medical-surgical nursing, intensive care, and the emergency department. Since 2020, she has served as the Nurse Manager of the Intensive Care Unit at Medina Hospital, where she leads with a focus on quality, safety, and team development.



She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Cuyahoga Community College, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University, and her master’s degree in leadership from Chamberlain University. She is also a graduate of the Lead Institute Class of 2021.

Danielle has been a resident of Medina since 2003, where she lives with her husband, Matt, and their three daughters, Julia, Jenna, and Cara.

Signature Class of 2023, The Grateful Givers

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Catherine Young '23 to the Leadership Medina County Board of Directors!

Catherine Young is a Director of Program Management at Westfield, where she leads an organizational framework that helps turn strategic priorities into measurable business results through disciplined planning, prioritization, and execution. During her 16-year career with Westfield, Catherine has held roles across underwriting and sales, strategy, and program management, helping teams strengthen culture & communications, navigate complex change and deliver meaningful business outcomes. She is a certified Prosci Change Practitioner and holds a Women in Leadership certificate from Case Western Reserve University.

Since graduating from Leadership Medina County’s Signature Class of 2023, Catherine has been passionate about staying connected to the community, building relationships across the county, and finding meaningful ways to contribute to its continued growth and success. She is honored to serve on the Leadership Medina County Board of Directors and looks forward to supporting the organization’s mission.

Catherine has lived in Medina County since 2010 after graduating from Baldwin-Wallace University with a BA in Business Administration, and currently resides in Granger Township with her husband, Bret, and their two daughters.
