’01 The Synergetic
Nisi Pozderac, Transitional Living Centers, Inc., is being inducted into the Tamburitza Association of America (TAA) Hall of Fame in September in Chicago at the Annual TAA Extravaganza. The Tamburitza Association of America Hall of Fame is comprised of individuals who have exhibited a lifetime commitment to the preservation and growth of tambura music in America.
’05 The Ultimate
Dianne DePasquale-Hagerty, Medina Creative Housing, on June 15 MCH hosted a group consisting of twenty Japanese professionals from the Socio-Medical Research Group from Tokyo that toured Medina Creative Housing and its programs to view best practices in housing and services for individuals with disabilities. On July 27, 2016 a group of Japanese Hospital Administrators traveled to Medina Creative Housing to tour the housing center and programs which have received National, state, regional and local recognition serving individuals with disabilities.
’06 The Enterprising
Stacy Bonitz, the 11th annual Trinity Rose Foundation Golf Outing is scheduled for Monday, September 19nd at Weymouth Country Club. The proceeds from the outing will provide financial aid to local families dealing with childhood blindness, technology for school-aged clients of the Akron Low Vision Clinic, and a research grant to help fund a cure for blindness. Help the Trinity Rose Foundation continue its mission to help families See the World Together and sign-up for golf, a sponsorship, or to volunteer at the event today! ’13 The Visionary Class
Jeff Arona, PNC Bank, was inducted as a lifetime member into Business Honor Society of The School of Business of Baldwin Wallace University in March of this year. The society is described by the university as: “The Business Honor Society of Baldwin Wallace University recognizes excellence of one’s highest and most human capabilities. Excellence is built upon the pillars of Character, Wisdom and Reason, which are exemplified in personal, professional, educational and community-based endeavors and achievements.”
Greg Thomas, Leadership Excellence Ltd., has been certified as a private advisory board Chair for Vistage International.
’16 Silver Jubilee
Kimberly Corrigan, Pearlview Rehab & Wellness Center, was selected by the Center for Global Health Affairs to host the group from Japan as a result of innovative progressive programming the healthcare center offers in Brunswick. Pearlview has collaborated with local hospital systems as part of the Affordable Care Act & new Medicare bundled payment system to strategically provide excellent healthcare in a homelike setting.
