In this fast-paced, hands-on workshop, participants learn how to recognize and respond to the five most time-critical emergencies. We focus on:
1. Severe life-threatening bleeding (tourniquet use)
2. Overdose (Narcan administration)
3. Anaphylaxis / severe allergic reaction (EpiPen use)
4. Not breathing (CPR)
5. Choking (abdominal thrusts)
We focus on simple, memorable checklists and hands-on practice so participants feel confident stepping in until professional help arrives.
