Educating Leaders Encouraging Service for Medina County
For 22 years Leadership Medina County (LMC) has educated leaders for service to the community, graduating over 700+ individuals who are listed in the online Directory. Through the directory, active LMC alumni can view pictures, find current contact information, view interests and board service plus have access to emails and websites.

The learning that took place during the core program and the contacts made are broadened through many alumni programs. Opportunites for personal growth and development include seminars designed to foster personal leadership skills, sessions to promote understanding of issues current in the county, and on site visits to new locations and ventures, often with a leadership story to tell. Continued alumni involvement provides the opportunity to meet the newest leaders in Medina County and indirectly, a way to grow business.
But it's not all learning. The Holiday Social, Awareness Breakfast, Golf Scramble, bi yearly Awards Event, and Graduation foster fun and communication across all classes. |
