What is Junior Leadership Medina County (JrLMC)?
JrLMC is a program of Leadership Medina County which offers junior and sophomore high school students from Medina County an opportunity to expand their leadership skills and knowledge of the county. Selected participants witness leadership in action in the county as they increase communication skills, build friendships with student leaders from other schools, and begin to see themselves as future community leaders.

How do I apply?
Sophomore or junior students may obtain an application from their school counselor during the first two weeks of the school year.

What is the tuition?
Each participant must pay a student participation fee of $75.00. Although tuition for the program is actually $425.00, most of the costs are covered by LMC alumni, generous sponsoring companies, foundations, and in-kind donations.

Is JrLMC only open to students in public schools?
The program is open to high school sophomore and junior students who live in Medina. Students who attend private schools and students who are home schooled are also eligible for the program.
