The LMC Program Year The Program Year prepares and engages individuals for community leadership roles in the county.   Approximately 40 adults are selected into a class and participate, one day a month for nine months, in unique learning experiences featuring leadership skill development and community education.    Application Information provides more details. A Class Service Project  Is part of the Program Year.   The Class of 2009 is supporting the Coalition of Food Pantries in Medina County by raising16,000 pounds of food and volunteering time. Other projects have ranged from alumni education event (bringing the Disney Keys To Excellence, Leadership Seminar, to Medina County) to focusing on emerging leaders (starting our Junior LMC program). LMC Alumni After graduation our alumni remain active in the county in a variety of ways from serving on boards and commissions to developing new initiatives.  Last year our alumni contributed over 20,000 service hours to our county.
