A Message from LMC President Sandy Neuman

| As a nonprofit, educational and leadership development organization, Leadership Medina County exists “to build and maintain a countywide network of talented, responsible and dynamic leaders, who learn firsthand about issues facing Medina County and who serve by assisting in addressing those issues”. Although that job is never finished, I am very proud and feel very privileged to have had the opportunity to serve as the President of the Board for the 19th graduating class. |
| Now 640 graduates strong, the vision of Leadership Medina County continues to make a positive difference by uniting leaders and organizations in the common goal of improving the quality of life for our community which will bring benefit to the lives of Medina County residents for generations to come. I encourage each and every Leadership Medina County graduate to get more involved. Over the course of any year, there are numerous opportunities to contribute your expertise; the strength, diversity and vitality of our organization is dependent upon that. |
| On behalf of the Board of Trustees, we would like to thank our sponsors for their generous support of Leadership Medina County. Our sponsors have allowed us to navigate the recent economic challenges and to remain a strong county asset. |
