Name Badge Reorder ?

If you are in need of a replacement or additional LMC name badge, this is your opportunity to order. We will be placing an order for the Class of 2011 in September and will order additional badges then. The price is $6.00. Please indicate if you would like a pin style or magnetic style and how the name should read.

Please call Kathy at 330-721-7118, email admin@leadershipmedinacounty.org or FAX 330-721-7299. Checks for $6 per badge should be mailed to Leadership Medina County, 39 Public Square, Suite 202, Medina. Payment must be made before the order is placed. Badges can be picked up at the LMC Office.
