Here is the 2010 May Edition of the E-Leading Edge. LMC is "going green" and staying in contact with you more frequently than our quarterly newsletter. Selected back in June of 2009, these forty individuals completed their graduation requirements, and met the class project challenge to become part of the 640 LMC alumni who serve Medina County. “You CAN go home again,” remarked Dr. Keith Starcher, Leadership Medina County (LMC) Class of 2000, to the audience at the Class of 2010's graduation May 26 “and it’s a wonderful thing.” Keith and his wife Margaret moved away a number of years ago but were warmly received by “Spirited” classmates, friends, and alumni. “Create something out of nothing” is the challenge each Leadership Medina County class is given at the beginning of the leadership year. In other words, the class has to suggest, select, plan, devise and execute a class service project before graduation in May. More. |
