Visualizing is a good thing! As I muddle my way through this latest Ohio heat wave, I keep visualizing sitting on my tractor while snowplowing my driveway last winter thinking I couldn’t be colder with the wind whipping around me. It’s helped remind me to keep moving forward to get my work done – and that change is always just around the corner (more snowplowing adventures to come). Read |

Are you a nonprofit organization and have a project you haven't been able to accomplish? Consider submitting it to this year's Class of 2012.
