 Happy New Year!  LMC has many exciting plans for 2012 starting off with our Awareness Breakfast on February 16, 2012, registration starts at 7:15 a.m. at Weymouth Country Club.  We’re very excited to have Connie Dieken, a well-known leadership consultant, as our keynote speaker who will also be doing a local book signing following the LMC event!  Read.
 
 Breakfast at Ebner Furnaces, Inc.
The cold weather didn’t deter LMC alumni from visiting Ebner Furnaces, Inc.  in Wadsworth for a presentation about the company and a tasty continental breakfast.  Close to 30 alumni braved the weather and found the information and tour of the plant was well worth the effort. Details

 The Long and Winding Road of JrLMC
At January’s Business and Career Day, our Junior Leadership participants ended a full and productive day in fitting fashion.  They returned to the Career Center to find themselves in the presence of five community leaders who had offered to share their time and even a few personal stories through their panel presentation.  Read.

JrLMC: Lasting Impressions
When young people experience Junior Leadership, what do they see?  The students themselves can best answer that question.  This is writen by JrLMC student Victory Santana, 11 grade of Bruwnswick High School. As part of our Business and Career Day, visiting the Recycling Center was an experience that I feel everyone should check out. 
 
LMC Recognizes Excellence in Leadership
The Leadership Medina County Awards Committee is pleased to announce that the fifth “Celebrating Excellence in Leadership” awards dinner will be held December 5 at Weymouth Grand Ballroom.  The timeline is in place to make sure the event goes as smoothly as in prior years. Submit a name.
