     Tim Phillips began his banking career with Old Phoenix National Bank, moved to Signal Bank where he was named the Medina Area Regional President and in 2003 joined Westfield Bank as Chief Lending Officer.  Westfield Bank, rated "superior by BauerFinancial, is one of northeast Ohio's fastest growing financial institutions.

     A life long resident of Medina County, Tim has remained active in the community.  He has served on the boards of Medina County Chapter of the American Red Cross, Medina Rotary Club, Medina Performing Arts Foundation and the Highland School Foundation.  Currently Tim is serving as Chairman of the Medina Hospital Foundation.  Tim and his wife Cindy live in Sharon Township.

Kevin Vonderau joined Westfield Bank in 2004 as Senior Loan Officer leading sales efforts.  His new responsibilities as Chief Lending Officer include leading Westfield Bank’s commercial consumer and residential mortgage business which puts his 20 years of community banking experience to good use.

Kevin also believes in community service and currently is on the boards of the Medina County Chapter of the American Red Cross, United Way of Medina County and Leadership Medina County.  He and his wife Kasie reside in the county with their 3 children.
