LMC Alum Wins Pillar Award for Work

Dianne received the Medical Mutual Pillar Award for Community Service presented by Medical Mutual of Ohio and Smart Business. This award was developed to honor businesses and individuals dedicated to making Northeast Ohio a better place to live and recognizes best practices between the not for profit and for profit sectors.

As Executive Director of Medina Creative Housing and Medina Creative Living, Dianne works with families to encourage early planning and timely transition of adult children with disabilities into independent housing with specially designed supports to meet individual needs. Medina Creative Living apartments provide single family homes a with social/recreation programs to enhance lives. Pictured is the LMC Class 2010 on a visit to one of the apartments on Human Services Day.
