Rob was recently promoted to Major General of the United States Army Reserve receiving his second star February 5.  he is  the commanding general of the 108th Training Command (Initial Entry Training).   In this capacity Major General Rob Stall is responsible for the initial military training for both Active Component and Reserve Soldiers for the United State Army.

He has been with  the United States Army and Army Reserve for the past 34 years and has served in Europe and in Kosovo.  After 9/11 he served in Kuwait and in Iraq during the war and the aftermath.

Rob, who has been with the Cleveland Clinic for 27 years has successfully combined a civilian career with that of a “Warrior Citizen” melding the best of both worlds due in large part to cooperation of  the Clinic and the Army Reserve.  He finds time to participate in the Boy Scouts of America, Cleveland Chapter, is on the board and the executive committee of the Medina Co Economic Development Corporation to name a few other endeavors.  On a personal note, he and his wife Nancy have 5 children and have two grandsons.
