“Our chief want is someone who will inspire us to be what we know we could be,” so observed Ralph Waldo Emerson. A quickly learned lesson is that leaders are a result of hard work.

Leadership Medina County maintains a program that inspires alumni and students to lift their vision to higher goals, raise their performance to higher standards and to grow beyond self-imposed limitations. LMC provides introductions to people who seize opportunity and take risks, people who are constant in purpose and attain success.
|
|
LMC continues to enhance and strengthen its program. Recognizing the many disciplines needed to be a successful leader; Leadership Competencies such as vision, integrity, ethics, tolerance and diversity were introduced into each class day this year.
|
|
Leadership Medina County will honor five Excellence in Leadership recipients on December 1, 2010. These deserving leaders are examples of habitual excellence; leaders that never take the path of least resistance and lend their influence to the things matter most to make life better.
|
|
Thank you Board of Trustees, alumni and sponsors for a successful year. I am happy to welcome Brian Fisher, of FirstMerit Bank, as the incoming President of the Board of Trustees. I am confident that Brian’s leadership will be “Priceless”.
