     And get acquainted we will!  The retreat is held at the Medina County Career Center, where class members participate in the Challenge Course Training, where hangin’ around takes on a whole new meaning!  Allowing yourself to trust only a rope and a new acquaintance as your support while you’re 30 feet high is a great illustration of the need for collaboration in leadership.

     Based on interest expressed from across the county, it is clear that Jr. Leadership is offering a much-needed and much-appreciated resource for our emerging leaders.  The opportunity truly comes from you, who continue to support this program with your time, energy, passion and financial support.
