     I personally think that, as a citizen in society, we can make a change.  We should increase our self-awareness and self-confidence, and take advantage of opportunities to improve our skills so we can play a role in fixing these problems.

      I think it's very important to get the message out that there is a problem with health and health care in our country.  If we do not, then we can't respond in a positive way that will lead to fixing these situations.  We need to take it one step at a time.
