This program requires a 3 year commitment and sets the standard for professionalism in the core competencies of the court systems, ultimately resulting in a Certified Court Management credential. She is pictured with her class, the first one in the front row.
Sharon runs the daily functions of the Juvenile and Probate Court for Judge John Lohn and oversees approximately 40 employees. |

Sharon will continue her education since she has recently been accepted into Tier II of the Court Management Program. This program covers the topics of leadership, visioning, strategic planning, education, training and development. This also requires a three year commitment and involves courses related to the U.S. Supreme Court. Completion will ultimaltey result in the next level of national certification, the Certified Court Executive.
