Breakfast Out & About, Jan. 26 at the Rohrer Corporation

The Rohrer Corporation provides innovative solutions in thermoformed blister and clamshell packaging. Despite struggles we may have in opening some of these packaged items the plastic closures prevent damage during shipment plus they provide valuable theft protection for many retail operations.
And they have a great story. John and David Rohrer started their company in Rittman, Ohio, initially concentrating on carded packaging. In 1979 they moved corporate headquarters to a larger plant in Wadsworth to house the most modern equipment in the industry. The company grew in 1988 and 1997 as two new facilities in Georgia and Illinois were added to expand prepress operations and thermoforming capabilities.
| In 2000, Illinois operations were moved to a new, larger Chicago-area facility, completing the three operation sites that exist today. When a business is thriving in these challenging times, it's worth a trip to hear their perspective and plans for the future. Please RSVP to Kathy Deloss at admin@leadershipmedinacounty.org by Jan. 24. The Rohrer Corporation is located on 717 Seville Road (off of Route 57) in Wadsworth. |
