     Joe's responsibilities in the CFO position include corporate oversight of finance, accounting, corporate planning, enterprise risk management and investments.  He will also be part of the senior leadership team engaging in corporate strategy development capital allocation, and risk management.

      In 2000 Joe began his affiliation with Westfield as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Westfield Bank.  Prior to Westfield he gained experience in a variety of industries making him well suited for his new role.  He starting as an auditor with Ernst & Young, LLP, moved to controller for Austin Powder Co., and was the CFO for Janna Industries.

     Joe holds a BS degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and is a licensed CPA.  He is a resident of Sharon Center and volunteers his time and expertise to many nonprofit organizations including the University of Akron Finance Advisory Board, Treasurer of the Recreation Association of Highland, and is a past Chair of the Medina County Community Fund Advisory Board
