Application and Tuition for Leadership Medina County

| When are applications accepted? |
- Applications are accepted now through April 30.
- Download the Application for the Class of 2013 here
- Review the information check list here
- Notices of acceptance into the class are sent in June
- The program begins in September and runs through May with approximately 10 class sessions.
- Because of limited class size, not everyone can be accepted into the program.
- Those not accepted are encouraged to apply the following year.

| How do I submit the application? |
- Download this application (a word document) save it to your computer and word processes.
- Review the information sheet
- Please give thoughtful attention to the essay questions, and references.
- If you want to print on an application, use this form
- Email, mail or fax it the office
- Be sure to complete the entire document, including the employer signature, if applicable.
- Do not include extra pages or a resume.
- You do not need to be nominated by a LMC alum to submit an application

| What is the Tuition for the program? |
- Tuition of $1,650.00 is due after acceptance into the class.
- Participants are asked to pay 10% of the tuition amount, $165.00.
- The employer, sponsoring organization or the participant may pay the balance.
- Tuition assistance and payment plans are available.
- Tuition assistance requests should be submitted with the application.
- Once accepted into the class, no one is turned away due to lack of funds
